    Wow...

Just put on a new SC belt and alt belt(I noticed mine was 815, not 800!) and the problem STILL occurs.

Im going to go on the advice of someone who recommended its the 02 sensor. If I unplug the sensor, the CEL will pop up, but if the hesitation stops I imagine that will point out the problem.

Any other ideas? Clogged cat maybe?

Ok I drove around with the 02 sensor unplugged for a while. The hesitation is ALMOST non-existent. It came up a couple times, but it was nowhere near as bad as usual.

Also, it seemed to only occur in 2nd gear. Everything else was smooth. Is this just a result of "limp-mode"(the car didnt feel as quick, maybe just my imagination), such as the cars characteristics changing without the O2 in, or with the CEL on? Is it safe to drive with the sensor unplugged?

I haven't really been following on why you guys are hesitating. . . but have you tried tightening your throttle cable?

    Yep, the TC is fine.

To break it down, it happens throughout all the gears, at partial throttle, but only about 25min after first starting the car. Hit the gas, the blower whines but the engine doesnt rev higher, it just sticks, and sometimes starts to lunge. I have to mash the gas to get out of it. It occurs randomly from 2-4k.
